Our impact
We measure our work in people supported and sessions held. We see it in a mother who finally sleeps, a student back in class, a parish that now talks openly about mental health.
Direct impact
Every number is a person who found someone to talk to, a family that understood, or a classroom that started a conversation.
Beyond the numbers
Every outreach camp, school visit and session adds to a growing record of communities that no longer face mental illness in silence.
After an awareness session, residents talk about mental health in public, often for the first time. Silence turns into questions, and questions into care.
Screening and diagnosis replace guesswork. People leave with an explanation of what they are facing and a plan, including medication where needed.
Relatives learn to recognise warning signs and to support recovery at home, instead of blaming or hiding the person who is struggling.
Parish and local leaders who attend our camps stand behind the work, sending a clear message that mental health care belongs in the community.
