Where does my donation go?
Donations fund our community work: outreach camps, school programmes, follow-up care and subsidised sessions for people who cannot afford full clinic fees.
Is a donation different from paying for clinic services?
Yes. Clinic fees cover private care. Donations extend that care beyond the clinic to people and communities with limited access.
Can I give to a specific need?
Yes. In the donation form you can choose a focus such as youth mental health or community outreach. General gifts matter too, because they let us respond to the most urgent need.
Can I give monthly?
Yes. Monthly gifts let us plan outreach and follow-up with confidence. You can change or cancel a monthly gift at any time from the receipt email.
Is my payment secure?
Donations are processed by Donorbox with bank-level encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Will I hear how my gift was used?
Yes. Subscribers to The Serenity Letter get programme updates and stories. Personal client details always stay confidential.
